Amazing first edition of the Matcha Rave Running Club 

Barcelona decide to test our perseverance by making it rain, but that didn’t stop us. 

After a warm welcome at Let’s Rise, we warmed up in the beautiful studio, getting ready for our run. 

Running through Eixample and Gràcia. The traffic lights were our little power stops; squats, jumping jacks; we don’t stop 💪

Back at the studio we calmed down with a breathworks class. Calming down and an essential part to get better at running by learning how to breathe better. 

And then…. Matcha and party 🎉
